Another Exercise and Sex article

You want a good reason to keep up or start and exercise program? Here you have it.

This time in Prevention, May 2003: "Four Workouts to Improve Your Love Life".

Exercise helps the sex life by:

-Improving circulation which helps women be more responsive and reduces the risk of erectile dysfunction in men.

-Increasing energy levels.

-Toning muscles, burning fat, improving self-image and attitude.

-Improving flexibility and strength.(You figure out the benefits there)

The article offers 4 specific exercises that promote strength and flexibility. Also listed as suggested exercises are: Salsa or swing dance, Pilates, Belly dancing, Yoga, Doubles tennis, walking and strength training.

Statdeac,

The Men's Health articles aren't nearly as tame as the Prevention version. Recently, I was at my chiropractor's office and leafed through a copy of Esquire. Now, you want racy? Man, I felt like I should have been covered in brown paper while reading one of the pieces. I learned things that I wouldn't dare repeat on this forum. It made MH look almost G-rated!

Travis

P.S. I finally decided to subscribe. Now all I have to do is fill out the card and send it in.

Warning! Warning! Warning!

I thought I better put you all on notice. I subscribed to Men's Health recently. So now, I will get both Prevention and Men's Health delivered to my mailbox. That means I won't even have to leave home to find new articles on Exercise and/or Sex to post for you.

Let the good times roll!?

Travis
