no excersize here and i hate it

I am unable to excersize because of having emphazemia and athma. I so so much stuff wrong with me. I have had 8 back sergeries and due for 3 more. I am 37 years old. I don't think by the way I feel now that I will be around much longer. But I just wanted to add my say which is. I just turned 38 and if i had it all to all over again. i kjnow I would never of started smoking for one thing. Just try and enjoy life all that you can. My husband tries to make my life a miserable living He- l - l every single day if it were not from my son i would not be here right now. i wish that i would of done alot of things differntly in my life for sure. So if it were not for my siblings and mom and dad and my son and god then my whole life would of been just a waste I guess. I am so sad about that too. I just try and do good when and where i can. That has been my philosophy my whole life i guess. Thanks for all the help that all of you here have sent my way. Hugs, Ruth

I have days that feel like I am the guy in the middle. :****mate: Yea, smoking was not my wisest choice, and I've been doing it since '67. Gee that's 38 years.

Really sounds like you have a lot going for you other than your current health. Don't let one bad apple spoil it for everyone else. Just remove it from the basket.

Please please please call your doctor. You're in overload and it sounds like a lot of that is manifesting as depression, which is also going to mess with your blood sugars and ALL of your recoveries. There is help available to you. PLEASE, call your doctor. You are in my thoughts and prayers, and I hope you post something positive again soon.

Hi, I'm sad to hear of the state you are in. Why are you having that many surgeries on your back?? Well, your life has not been a mostly waste of time when you have helped many people(more than you probably know) and you created(with help)a good Son. I'm glad that the rest of your Family is nice
anyway. They out-weigh your not so nice Husband. Good luck and Best Wishes for your other surgeries, a quick reovery and a good lift for your health and Life in general. Prayers for you. I'm putting this guy in
here 'cuz he always makes me smile. 'Bye For Now....God Bless!!!
