| | | Please don't answer both :-) Do you exercise more to obtain good bgs or to keep in good shape?
My exercise is more geared toward good bgs or to get a high down.

| | | Staying in shape. I deliberately exercise at a heartrate that maximises fat burn in relation to bg usage. |

| | I just haven't gotten into it again. When I was doing it daily, it did a wonderful job keeping my BG's in check, but I was doing it to stay in shape. It worked for both!!So why did I quit? I don't understand me somedays.

| | | I exercise mostly to control my bg. I do like to ride my bike and hike in the spring, summer, and fall but would be a couch potato if I could.
