| | Eye Exam During this last week, I somehow managed to get in to see my ophthalmologist. I have no sign of retinopathy and my cataracts have not grown in size at all (still can't notice them)...

Great news. I can't imagine how you squeezed it in. I hope you didn't drive yourself.

I drove on the freeway with those stupid shades on, hoping I wouldn't kill myself or anyone else while trying to get back to the hospital in time for my babie's surgery.

| | Wow, that was gutsy of you driving after having
your eyes dilated. I hate what those drops do to
my vision and they also make me really tired afterward.
I don't know how you managed the appt. but I'm Glad
that you were able to squeeze it in there also.
Why were the drops discontinued? I had asked my
Ophtho about them last year....He didn't use them
on me but I forget why he said he wouldn't.
Anyways, it's Good to hear that your eyes are doing
Well and that you made it safely in for your Baby Girl's
surgery. That's the main thing.

| | | Great news on the eye exam Cyborg!! Also great news to hear that your cataracts haven't grown!! I have a tiny cataract on each eye. Thoug,h I do see them every so often, and they'll occasionally blur my eyesight momentarily (like you've got some yukky in your eye). I worry about them growing, though I was told they should stay just as they are!? I don't worry myself sick or anything, it's just always in the back of my mind.
By the way, I too have always driven after having my eyes dilated. Though never right away, it's like about a couple of hours later by the time I end up driving. Usually didn't bother me too much, but this last time, O.M.G. can we say BRIGHT outside!! I guess I'd never noticed it so much before, since it had always been cloudy days when I've had them dilated before. And I've NEVER been given those sunglasses everyone speaks of!

| | Great news ol' son.
My questions:
Would The Collective Actually allow you to have serious eye problems?
And, do serious problems disqualify you from being part of The Collective?
