I Hemmed in mid-August and had the Vit at the end of October. I don't think that one ever stopped bleeding. It's hard to tell when you are looking at life through a bowl of Minestrone soup

I had a bad one about 3 weeks ago and it's not getting better but it's not getting any worse. The neat thing is that I think there is some blood pooled in the bottom of my eye because if I tip my head back it's like oil is running down my field of vision, kinda like the black ooze from X-files. Ah the fun of eye problems.

If I shake my head hard enough, I can see a Chrismas tree in all the goo

I have a (stupid?) question ~ when you're eye's hemming or if you have floaters or some of the other weird things that happen to people's eyes ~ do other people see the blood and floaters when they're looking at you? Sounds like it would be scary to see! Black, streaming, alien-like blood.....!!!

No. The pupil is pitch black from the outside, at least mine are.

Oh good John!! According to the ETDRS you shouldn't have that good of vision!!! I love reading when diabetics shatter what we should be after a certain problem or "complication". God bless brother, and hope your eyes keep healing.
