How long can eyes stay dilated?

I had vitrectomy last month and that eye is still dilated. I'm getting worried how long can this go on for?

I had mine done April 3rd and it just returned to normal. Don't worry one of the drops you are using stays in your system well after you stop using them.

Are you still using drops? It took about a month after stopping the Atropine drop for each of mine to go down, and it was slow.

most likely they've given you an eye drop that will dialate the eyes to relax the iris muscles. When I had my vitrectomy my eyes were dialated a couple of weeks while i was using the drops.
