I'm not on the pump so can't divulge much there. Look forward to seeing you around the board. Lots of people have pumps so I'm sure someone will be round to help ya out.

I love my MM pump and so does my wife. We are now combating Blue Cross to get her a 522 as her pump is 6 years old. How do you like your pump, Michael?
Welcome aboard! |

What about MTM? Mary Tyler Moore had a great program back in the 70's and she has diabetes.
Sorry, I don't know spit about insulin pumps.

| | Welcome
I am a pump user, MM Paradigm 511, for the last 3 years... Frankly, I have had more than my shares of ups and downs with the pump, but I'm still using it- so that must tell you something! What questions do you have- I know there are quite a few pumpers on the forums, so don't be shy to jump right in with your concerns or what have you...
hope we'll see you around

| | I'm also on MM511 and have some problems with it. Unfortunately I'm not on it long enough to have any expectations as yet, but it certainly is better than the 4 injection per day that I was used to and I get better Hb1ac results since going on pump. Thanks for the welcome. I'll get back to you am1997. |
