Thanks everyone for the kind welcome. I've been on Glyburide Micro 3mgs (1/2 pill) for about that long and Metformin 500mgs (2 a day) for about 2 months. I keep my sugar levels as close to normal as I can and so far am doing pretty good with it. I do have days when it's elevated due to eating the wrong foods. But I guess we all do that sometimes.

I resemble that! That is one thing I like about being on insulin...when hubby is being sweet and brings me a venti mocha frap...yum!!! Just can't resist *that* kind of temptation!
