Oh, Canada

I made it back to Canada! I am pretty happy. I will hopefully have regular Internet access in a few days and have been spending lots of time chasing newphews and my niece. Family is good for my soul.

I hope you are well and happy.

Thanks for the welcomes. I am home for good, after 6.5 years in Japan. I am doing a bit of couch surfing at the moment, but will be staying with my friend for the next few months after I get more settled.

I will have to change my profile now. Hmm.

Yeah. My nephew started hockey practices on Saturday. He is lucky--he has an 8:30 ice time--I remember mine was 6:30 when I was a kid (but I was older when I was playing).
