Hi, I'm Burt

Hi, I'm type 2 and was diagnosed 5 months ago. Currently taking Metformin and just started Neurontin for my Neuropathy and was on Nortriptline which worked well and then the effectiveness seemed to fade. I seem very tired on the Neurontin and was wondering if anyone knew how long this side effect might last!? I am taking 300 mg 3 times a day, by the way glad to be a part of the forum and live in California. Looking forward talking with you all.
Burt

Hi Burt! I'm not familiar with the meds you're on, so cannot comment on them, but just wanted to welcome you to the family!

We have many helpful friends here who will be more than happy to share their experiences with you, and there are quite a few here who are knowledgeable on Metformin, Neurontin & other meds. We look forward to your posts!
