Hello Guys

Hi Guys,

I feel really bad why I didn't see this site before. I was diagnosed as Type 2 on 26/04/2000. I did take it serious initially, but didn't take care of myself until my GP told me that, if I am not putting effort he is going to put me on insulin. I was smoking until Jan 13, 2006 and my eating habits were more than a normal person. After my visit to my GP last month, I have gone into a strict diet control and 4 kilometer walk every evening. My target is to reduce or stop any medication and in my next blood test to have a less than 7.0 HBA1c. I have started reading this forum. I strongly believe that I will get a lot of motivation and support.

Hello and welcome. It's not so bad being on insulin, if that is what it takes, then that's what you should do.

Hi Gunapathi: It's Good that you found us. Welcome here.
Well, your on the Good path now...I hope that your smoking is still
history. Your going through the hard part now. However keeping

Luck in your efforts. Hope to see you around.
