Hello Patty and welcome. I also will get sweaty and shaky when my numbers change a lot. I do much better if I can keep them on an even keel. How are you controlling your numbers? Meds? Diet? Exercise? or a combination of the three? I don't want to be pushy but a little more detail makes it easier to share our similar experiences with you and feel free to jump in and ask questions at any point.

I Patricia, welcome to the forum. You do not say how old you are, or what treatment you are using. I had sweats during the day, when I was going through menopause, but only have night sweats when I have high levels. Tell us more about yourself.

Hi Patty and welcome to the forums. I am a type one, but also suffer from the "sweats". I am just now doing the menopause thing and it has been MISERABLE. Haven't we gone through enough???

Anyhow, just wanted to say welcome. I am sure there are lots of people here to answer all of your questions.
