| | Introduction Hello from Nebraska, my name is Marilyn, and I am new to this forum! I am 60 years old (just turned ), I have been a type 1 diabetic for 33 years, it is hereditary in my family. I've been on the pump (4 years), I am back to 5 to 6 injections per day, because of complications with my pump. I am happy to be here, and I hope to make a lot of friends. Have a great day!!!
Mazzierose

| | Hi MazzieRose and welcome. I just "turned" 60, too....it's not easy to do either! I inject 5 to 7 times a day, wish I could have a pump. You will make many friends here, and I hope I am one of them.

My pump died over the weekend and I had to go back on MDI for two LONG days and hated it!
