Ever so often a guy comes along like you, with such a positive attitude, now this is what It'll do for you. Did you know that people with positive attitudes actually live longer, are less likely to feel pain and have more energy than those who do not. It is true. How you control your attitude can have a direct impact on your well-being. My theory the best way to take advantage of being an optimist.

Triglycerides 0.60
Many people will try to tell you what you can’t eat with diabetes.
Most will be well-meaning.
Rather than compounding the problem by telling you what you should
eat, I’d recommend a simpler method, eat by your meter.

Being newly diagnosed is very overwhelming because it is life changing - and you're pro active attitude will help you gain control faster and more effectively - good work, you're definitely on the right track.
