| Good question... Pay pal is probably the only method without spending extra money. So what you can do then is, make a donation to your local diabetes charity for the amount of your order.

David | I have both colors available and shipping is included. Shipping has actually been cheaper to ship outside of the USA. I mailed two out to ant in Australia last week. Shipping was only .90 cents where in the USA the same pacakge would have been $1.20. Quote:
