| | | Welcome Bat! There is a pre-D forum you can find under "site navigation" on the right of your screen, chose "forums" and you'll see all the different choices.
Good for you for being proactive. Hopefully you'll stave off full-blown T2 diabetes for many, many years.
I'd think a lot of the lifestyle changes would be the same as we T2s make, exercise, watching carbs and learning all you can about diabetes.
