Hello,
This is my first time signing in. I am sure this will be helpful
to talk about my diabetes. I have had the illness for about 15 years. It is very hard to control.

Welcome.

It's not easy for any of us. Please tell us about yourself and your regimen.

G'day nannamama,You are so right . It does help to talk about your diabetes here.
There's many people here that are only to happy to help or extend a hand of friendship.
Where are you at with control. Do you test often & what is your A1C?
Welcome to Df.
