Hello,
I just signed on today because I am supporting a member of my family who has GDM (Gestational Diabetes Mellitus).
She saw a nutritionist the other day who has done little to help clarify dietary issues aside from sounding like she is reading from a script. So I am doing my best to research how human biochemistry - something I understand - has been translated for people with diabetes to use. Any help learning this would be greatly appreciated!
