Hi Meaux, Welcome to Diabetes Forums. When you find that magic bullet, could you let the rest of us know?

Until then, welcome! We are glad you found us.

Welcome Meaux! Sorry, no magic bullet (though it would be nice!). Glad you found the forums.

Tell us a little more about yourself and how you manage your diabetes.

HI & Welcome to Diabetes Forum! Glad to have you with us!

My advice to you is to cut back on your carbohydrate intake and get in some form of exercising. Walking is great!

Welcome to the forums, you have found a great place for information, help and support.

Do tell us more about your current numbers and how you are managing. There are plenty of us who would like to have the silver bullet cure, until it comes along we'll keep on keeping on, watch the carbs, test and exercise.

Visit and post often,

Welcome to DF.. You magic bullet is "move your axx". Look into low-carb dieting & getting some exercise. I'm glad you joined the forum. YOu have already taken your first step
