| | Hey from NC! Hey all!
I am type-2. Diagnosed about 2000. It took me a lonnnnggggg time, but i finally came out of denial in 2006. I have been able to keep my levels somewhat stable but still too high.
This year, I am truly taking my diabetes seriously. So, along with regular visits to my doc (and actually taking his advice), I am looking for other avenues for information & support.
I'm looking forward to being part of your group - it seems like a good place to be. . . |

Many people will try to tell you what you can’t eat with diabetes.
Most will be well-meaning.
Rather than compounding the problem by telling you what you should
eat, I’d recommend a simpler method, eat by your meter. Buddy 7 Essex uk |
