Hello All

Hello all,

Just a note to say hi. Hope you are all in good health and remain so. I am a relatively new diabetic, I was diagnosed borderline 5 years ago and definite a month ago. Metformin and Glipizide are my friends these days and my sugar is under control now. Diet and exercise has helped me enjoy life much more overall.

Many people will try to tell you what you can’t eat with diabetes.
Most will be well-meaning.
Rather than compounding the problem by telling you what you should
eat, I’d recommend a simpler method, eat by your meter.
