Wink Greetings for everybody from Paraguay!

Hi everybody
I am really thrilled to be here. It is the first time in my whooole life that I am part of a forum.
I hope I will make many good friends here, to share achievements and hurdles in my way of living with diabetes. So far, I have not much of the first to share. My condition was getting worse until today, but with your support I am sure today can be the first day of the rest of my life.
I am from Paraguay, and Spanish is my mother tongue. So, excuse my poor English by the way.
Warm regards.
Josetala

Hello, Josetala! Welcome! Read like crazy and ask questions. Your English is great, don't worry ... wish I could speak a second language (American schools ).

Many people will try to tell you what you can’t eat with diabetes.
Most will be well-meaning.
Rather than compounding the problem by telling you what you should
eat, I’d recommend a simpler method, eat by your meter.
