If you are seeing a "Banned" message or a "No Permission" message on Diabetes Forums in the past 24 hours, please know that there is a forum problem and it should be fixed soon.

We have recieved many messages and email from members who are having this problem. Tony is aware of the issue and is working to fix it for us as soon as possible.

Linda and Nancy.....

Just wanted to thank you both for the PM letting me know that all is well... You guys (and Tony) are the best! It's a relief to know that I did nothing wrong!

Keep up the good work!

Thanks, I wish this was a better way to notify us when there is a problem. I tried all day and sent a few emails. I just about gave up when I finally found the intro forum and a thread I could actually enter. I could have really used this forum yesterday.

I am so sorry Randall. I tried to pm members about the problem, but I don't think everyone could access it. Luckily, last night, Harold reminded me that we could post a sticky in Introductions and anyone could see it.

But, today all is good. We are back up and running and I am happy to see that everyone is back and has their id back.

Everything ok today with you?

Yeah, mostly okay. My sister and her family are giving me some stress and my numbers are going nuts. I tried to eat because my insides were shaking like mad, but that didn't stay down. I ate some candy because I knew I was low. I like lurking here and reading about all of your problems, it makes mine seem trivial and gets me feeling normal again. Thanks Tony and you admins for getting it back up

Thank you to all the moderators for posting about the perms problem and working to get it fixed! I'm able to access my account again this evening.

I really thought I was banned. Isn't there a way to send an e-mail to all users?

To add a user icon/avatar, I think.

There should be a way in the UserCP to do this.
