Good luck with the pump, it's not for everyone, but is a great help to most.

| | | Jim, welcome to the forums. This is a great site with lots of information, and lots of great people always willing to help out or lend an ear!
My son has been on a pump for a little more than a year. He loves the fact that he can eat what he wants (with some exceptions) and when he wants. He hopes he never has to do shots again.

| | | This place is the closest to a "support forum" I have found on the internet...It's not an "enthusiasts" forum or a hobbies forum...It's sorta tight-knit too...I guess having a disease does that to people!
Welcome Jim.

Welcome Jim. | I think it's more the "commonalities" in experiences (associated with Diabetes, amongst other things) that "does that" to us all. We can all relate to, or help one another with issues, experiences, questions, etc...

| | Hello Jim and welcome to the best place on the Internet!
I wonder if it's really about 'commonalities'... I find that people in here are just extraordinary. I don't know what I would do without them. | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
