Red face Introduction

Hello everyone. New to this forum. My husband suggested that I get involved in a support group for diabetes so here I am, My name is Peggy, I was diagnosed June 2008. current meds are metformin 1000 mg 2x day, glipizide 5mg 2x ,synthroid 2.25 and stimvastin 40 mg

Many people will try to tell you what you can’t eat with diabetes.
Most will be well-meaning.
Rather than compounding the problem by telling you what you should
eat, I’d recommend a simpler method, eat by your meter.
