Smile Empty Vessels..?

I was taught at school that "empty vessels make most noise" so I'm not sure if I should be proud or apologetic but I'm coming up fast on my 5,000th post

I offer my sincere "Thanks" to Tony and his fabulous team of Moderators for this site... which has literally helped to turn my life with D around, and thanks to you all for putting up with my ramblings

Quality to match the quantity. Thank you for sharing your wisdom.

Just think how quickly you might have got to 5k if only you'd had nothing to say

Keep up the great work.

Thank you for the kind words bunbury although I'm not sure that the "wisdom" part is justified in my case.. I may have a lot to say but sometimes I could probably do with biting my tongue a little more

Thanks Granny BTW when is the next scheduled meeting for us school-yard bullies... out behind the bike-shed as usual?

Congratulations to your 5,000th post, you have been an immense contribution to me and others on this forum, may I take this opportunity to thank you once again for your positive, articulate and brilliant answers to most of my started threads and post.

May I also add; The possibilities of getting good solid information are obviously endless on this forum, the true platform becomes more useful as you grow a list of people you admire rhetorically and follow, of those, you can learn from what they do to better manage your diabetes, a true mentor my friend, keep up the good work.
Thanks very much again "Frank". (see you around the forum)

Many people will try to tell you what you can’t eat with diabetes.
Most will be well-meaning.
Rather than compounding the problem by telling you what you should
eat, I’d recommend a simpler method, eat by your meter.
