Rob,

Welcome to the forums, you have found a great place for help and support, no matter how long you have been living with and managing diabetes.

Ask your questions, I'm sure there will be people who can help. And through asking your questions you in turn are helping those who are facing similar challenges.

Visit and post often,

Many people will try to tell you what you can’t eat with diabetes.
Most will be well-meaning.
Rather than compounding the problem by telling you what you should
eat, I’d recommend a simpler method, eat by your meter.
