Hi BillJoe & Welcome!
Glad to have you with us.

I don't check my BG levels as often as I should but usually they are around 10 - 15... way to high. Every now and then I get a 6-8 but not too often.
Since I drive truck, exercise is fairly minimal, 53' at a time as I usually say. I do have to get everything checked once a year but always seem to squeak by.
As for diet I try to avoid sugar as much as possible, but diet coke is my crutch. And vegetables, meat just the occasional burger, maybe once a week.
I willl be getting my new physical in February, so I'll have some fresh data then.
Welcome neighbour.
