Yes your HbA1c is way too high.
So are those trigs. Somethign most docs do not acknowledge is if you cut back carb consumption, it will lower your triglycerides.
I would cut the rice, keep eating meat and dairy fats (but not milk -- it has quite a bit of carb), and see what happens to your A1c AND Triglyceride.
Keep testing your blood sugars before and 2 h after each meal -- your target range should be 70 - 120.
