Talking New to this

Hello all! This is an interesting way to get to know other diabetics and their significant others. I hope to learn and help out others starting out w diabetes and also get feed back from veteran diabetics too.

A teacher once told me the best way to learn about any subject is to try to help others to understand it. Welcome to the Forums!

Hi Bertie: Welcome to Our Community. You will certainly learn alot
here and you are certainly welcome to educate others that you meet here.
One interesting thing I've found is HOW DIFFERENT people are when it comes
to areas related to Diabetes. When were you dxd? What Type are you?
I hope you will enjoy Your New Community.

Medication - Metformin 850mg x 3; Pioglitazone (Actos) 30mg x 1; Gliclazide 160mg x 2; plus stuff for hypertension & cholesterol with Aspirin E/C for the cardio/vascular system

I have to keep smiling - there's no other choice - but I do growl occasionally

I’ve faced myself

Erase myself
And let go of what I’ve done
