High blood sugar

I get into a really bad mood when my blood sugar is high. Does this happen to anyone else?

Sometimes. It can be SO fustrating! Here I am, eating properly, taking what I thought was the correct dose of insulin, and then boom 280 before dinner! I didn't eat anything!

You running high right now? I think I probably know why......

I don't know that I get in a really bad mood, but my wife has noticed that I'm not the sweet, lovable, easy to get along with person I was in the past. Much more of a temper and not willing to put up with people's "meadow muffins" as much--fortunately, she thinks it's funny--we'll see in a few years:-

I don't get into a bad mood with high bg. I just get a headache... which puts me into a bad mood. ;)

Thankfully I haven't had high bg for quite a while (couple of months now), but I have had many lows which also give me a headache... and a bad mood.

Yes, I get a little cranky when I'm high, but belive me, you don't want to see me when I go low...lol :).
