2 toast for breakfast, lunch wholemeal salad and meat sandwich and yogurt, dinner Chop , new pots and veg.... 10pm sandwich and another yogurt.

Should i lose the 10pm sarny?

Looks like a great days worth of food. I wouldn't do anything different. If you loose your ten oclock snack you may find yourself higher in the morning. That's what I've been finding lately.

looks pretty good. but wheres your fruit? maybe you could have fruit and yogurt at 10pm instead?

Depends on a variety of things. If you're not putting on weight and not trying to lose any, there's no real reason to leave it out. If you need it for blood sugar regulation then I'd keep it in.

If, on the other hand, you're trying to lose weight, then taking a sandwich out of your diet (300 cal maybe?) might be helpful. But I certainly wouldn't call your current diet 'greedy'.

I always hear people on here say they have yogurt daily. What kind are you using ? All the ones I have checked in the store have way too many sugars in them.

You could go with the Dannon Light. I use that, and it only has 7 grams carbs for one of the little cup thingers.
