why suddenly am i having lows frequently????could this be due to weather change??? i have had so many lows in the passed 3 or 4 days...i had to change my ratio to 1:30 yesterday (wow talking about a high ratio)

why is this happening to me??

Ha, your ratio is higher than mine now.

Are the lows happening after correcting highs? Your ISF could be off. Or basals could be off too.

If you are more active with the nicer weather (not that our weather has been nice lately), you could simply need less basal.

Is this your first summer? The season change probably afftected it, but maybe your having a little Honeymoon relapse as well.

I don't know, but if you find out can you let me know? I was low again in the middle of the night, treated, and woke up low again this morning. The night/morning before I treated lows 3 times. This was after lowering my afternoon/early evening basal and raising my dinner I:C ratio. Nothing like this happened to me last summer, my first as a pumper.

well i did a 1:30 ratio tonight....didnt turn out to good....im going to have to try 1:25..... hopefully turns out better....

yes harold this is my first summer... maybe the season does effect it

I have days like this also. Most are caused by hormones or the change in tempature. I find when it's hot & humid I usually run lower because I am cutting back on food.

psilocybin, my bs has been doing the same over the last couple of days and for no apparent reason either, i just knocked down my lantus by 2units and hoped for the best! Good luck in getting back on track

well im back up and running with my bgs hovering at 5.0 the whole day....weird,... allwell. things are unexplainable....my ratios are back to normal as well

Were you more active over the weekend? The warm weather and longer daylight can add up to lots more outdoor activity.
