Good morning to all,

I am the ProudMOM of a teen diabetic, diagnosed two years ago and on a Mini-Med 715 pump. I have been reading your forums for awhile now and decided to join the ranks as I see so much great advice, response, and support.

My son is a year round athlete and does a pretty good job managing his diabetes during all of his activities. However, we are always open to new ideas and suggestions. I look forward to participating in these forums and getting to know all of you. Your support to one another is incredible!

Welcome to the site. I just joined a few days ago. I think it will be very helpful for me as I have type 2 diabetes and I've had it for four years.
