diabetes dessert recipes book you can download and save or print, and they
have a new download every month, among other interesting things for
diabetics. Thought I'd share in case anyone didn't know about this. :)

they have this recipes for bitter melon. I know its weird at first but I think if you try one of them you will get to like one at least :smile:
