...am I putting Fat Free Ranch on my salad.
EVER.
I was 63 earlier. I had Ritz crackers and some popcorn to bring my sugar back up.
I had a salad for dinner, putting the dressing on it.
This **** happened before. It won't again.

I don't understand, did the fat free cause the problem. I had a salad with regular ranch for lunch, two hours later I was 59. I don't think the dressing caused it.

2 tablespoons = 11 carbs

I think there is like some sort of hidden sugar in that ****.

I never go fat free for that reason. Id rather have a bit of fat in it and very lil carbs.
often salad dressings replace fat with a glucose based product - to keep it 'creamy'. I noticed that first when looking at a 'fat free' oriental dressing, it had no oil , and used glucose and gum based thickenerst to make it the texture of oil
