Hi Penny
I take Avandamet 4 daily
Is that like Glyburide? Do you manage to keep control with it? I started with Metformin, added Glyburide, and then insulin, and still struggle sometimes. From your profile, you say you are homebound, is that from the arthritic conditions? Tell us more about yourself, there are many people here ready to help.:D

Hardingstone, Northampton. I still have relatives there. I have a funny question for you: I love "toad in the hole", but don't think I could handle the carbs. Has anyone ever made it using whole wheat flour instead of white? I miss my yorkshire too. Thanks, Freda

Hi. Thank-you for going to the trouble. the first web site is a pudding made with gluten free flour. Is that better for a diabetic? The second one I didn't have any luck finding yorkshire. Thank-you so much:girl:

Hi godisgood,
It is a diabetic sight so the recipe must be ok, I think it better if you call in at a health store and take a look around, see what kind of flour you can safely use without upsetting the D
