Hi, I'm Louise a Brit who moved to Florida 4 years ago. I was diagnosed with Type 1 just over 7 years ago when I was 29. I'm currently using Novolin N (14-16 units a day & Novolin R (24-30 units a day). This forum looks to be a great place to share experiences and 7 years on and I am still finding challenges and so hope I can find some answers!
Thanks for reading.

Hi Louise! Welcome aboard. I'm "spike" for obvious reasons. (Too many miscounted carbs).
