Trying to avoid T2 diabetes...

I have pre-diabetes and am finally knuckling down and doing what I need to do to prevent getting T2. I'm learning so much from these and other boards and think I can finally conquer my weight problem, which will in turn improve my BP, cholesterol, triglycerides, and insulin resistance. I'm looking forward to posting here. :)
