These are tasty. I didn't have popsicle sticks, so I just ate it with a spoon.
1 4-serving-size pkg sugar-free orange flavored gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups cubed ripe cantaloupe
1 8 oz carton plain low fat yogurt
1. In a small bowl stir together gelatin and boiling water until gelatin is dissolved.
2. In a blender combine gelatin mixture, cantaloupe and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into ten 3 oz ice pop molds or paper cups. If using paper cups, cover each cup with foil. Cut a small slit in the center of each foil cover; insert a rounded wooden stick into each pop. Freeze pops 4-6 hours or until firm.
3. To serve, remove pops from ice-pop molds or remove foil from paper cups; tear paper away from pops.
