Hi Rob,

I checked out the website that you linked. The information there looks pretty good, without a tremendous amount of hype. I also broke the prices down and they didn't look too bad if you chose to order in quantity. If you choose to give it a try, keep good notes and give us a field report.

I have been using Detour and U-turn bars. They are protein bars that offer a approximately a 30-30-30 mix of fat, protein and carb. They have worked pretty well for me. I haven't noticed any bg swings or other side effects.

I was unaware of Extend. I will look in my area and if I run across them might give them a try. Thanks for the tip!
