I have a question...

I just downloaded an E-book of 500 diabetic recipes...

but i dont quite understand one of the measurments that they use...

for example:

BANANA SPLIT PIE

1 graham cracker crust
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 c. low-fat milk
2 bananas, sliced
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

What is the "c." measurment?? i got oz and tsp, but i've never seen c. before!

could anyone enlighten me please?

Thank you kindly!!

Cup (as in the container you sip your tea from) <g>

But you'll want to use a measuring cup. The container you sip your tea from isn't always 1 cup. 1 cup is 8 oz or 16 tablespoons or 240 millileters. I'm not being sarcastic--just not sure how you measure.

Sounds like a wonderful recipe though. Think I'll try it.

it was a joke. Having spent 3+ years in England, I remember how tea was the national brew. The proper way to measure is with a measuring cup. :)
