Does anyone know why my urine goes really cloudy or foggy its almost like a white haze after I eat.....it only happens once after each meal I have...
does this happen to anyone else.... or am I just strange :hmpf:

You could have glucose in your urine, try testing it.

Hi and Welcome. :wavey: Cloudy urine can also mean a urinary
infection(uti). You can go to your Doc's(or clinic), they'll ask
you to pee in a little container and you'll know soon after.

Oh btw, only you would know if you are truly strange. ;)

Cloudy urine usually means a UTI, however it is strange that you only have it that way after a meal. I would definitely say get some ketosticks to see if that's what's going on. :)

how can i check my urine for sugar and where can i get those sticks....
i was completly unaware that i could do these things at home... how acurate are they....
and i don't think i'm strange, healthy people do when i tell them these things:aetsch: lol

Almost any pharmacy has ketosticks. You can either urinate into a clean cup or just put the strip into your urine stream. Wait 15 seconds, then compare the color to the color blocks on the side of the jar (the color tells you how much sugar you've got in your urine). A jar of 100 ketosticks at Walgreens is somewhere around $7.00.
