I am of 77 years old and had diabetes in1999.
I wish to exchange information and your experiences so that it will add to my knowledge.

Welcome DP! This is a great place to share info on diabetes. Do you take insulin? If not how do you control yours?

Hallo Brian
I do not take Insulin nor any medicine to control sugar.
I take one apple a day and one pill of Vitamin B Complesx [B 50] and it keeps My blood sugar always remains in normal condition.
This I have tested on Diabetes type 2 only and not on type 1

Sounds easy enough to try. I assume you are type 2...
