one other common problem for men is a low testosterone level, which can be checked with a blood test.

Based on my personal experience erectile disfunction as they call it, does improve when blood sugars are brought substantially under control. Some of the problem is neuropathy (dead nerve cells due to early high BS levels) that maybe can't be repaired. But a lot relies on blood circulation and current blood sugars.
Anyhows, after eight years I'm now having a fine sex life without those medications, but I did rely on them for a while as I was getting blood sugars down to an acceptable level.
It kind of makes sense, if your blood sugar is like a molasses stream running uphill due to hugh sugars, it's going to take a while to go from A: to B: and make a difference. With increased blood flow, you are ready to go.

I'm not a doctor, nor have I been diagnosed with ED, but I find that weight loss, if needed, and excercise helps male sexual function.

I wish I had a switch for that (lol) I would only turn it on when I was good and ready. I know those appendages have a life and mind of their own.

I hope I never experience that. Is it something that all or just some get?
