This is quick, easy, tastes great, and people thinks its gourmet!!

4 chicken breasts, butterflied
4 slices camembert cheese

place 1 slice cheese inside each breast fillet, close. Seal in a hot pan, then bake in oven at 180degrees C for 30 mins...

serve with salad or veges... It tastes great served alongside chargrilled eggplant, chargrilled capsicum and chargrilled sweet potato drizzles in a dressing of virgin olive oil, garlic and fresh basil

Its my favourite dish to cook if people are coming over. everyone enjoys it!!

camembert chicken

I would suspect anyone with the name Camembert of being slightly "Nancy" but that doesn't mean they're a coward. Besides, even if they are , is that any reason to broadcast it to the world?

Recipe sounds delicious!

Could you please explain what you mean by 'seal'.

Thank you!

:)

To seal means to place in a hot pan until the outside of the meat browns, then rotate around so the whole piece is browned evenly. The idea being the juices are then 'sealed' inside when the meat is roasted in an oven.

I can verify the above recipe works very well and many cheeses can be used inside the chicken.
