My name is Kristin, I live in PA and I'm 22. I've had Type 1 since 1997 and would like to get to know more people out there with the same condition. I have used forums before but this is the first time I've found a friendly-looking one for diabetics. I look forward to getting to know everyone! :hello:

Welcome, Kristin. I used several forums and only lurked on this forum for about a year before becoming more active when realizing there were computer geeks in here (computer geeks tend to cluster together for some reason).

I am unable to be on the computer for pleasure often (but of course I'm on it all the time for work!) I hope to be able to come by and answer posts, and contribute a couple times a week. I just wanted to say now that if anyone privately messages me I'm not ignoring you it just takes a little while lol!
