Any pumpers in Los Angeles???

Hello, Everyone -

I'm new to the boards and am just a couple weeks away from getting my pump. I saw in another post that few people had every really run into other pumpers in day-to-day life.

I was wondering if any of you pumpers out there live in the Los Angeles area?

As I make the transition from MDIs to my new MiniMed, I thought it would be great to have some close-by support, if necessary.

After reading hundreds of posts since I first signed up two days ago, I've learned more about diabetes than I have in the past ten years. Thanks to all for the great info!!!

I was born in Pomona. I travel down there a couple of times a year, but alas, not in the area now.

I live in Monrovia, work in LA. On my last trip out of Ontario Airport, (my first time wearing a pump) I met another pumper waiting for the same plane going to Salt Lake. So it really is a small world. Don
