I start pumping tomorrow

I am going to start on my pump tomorrow! Right to insulin.

I was told to take half my usual dose of Levemir tonight.
I would imagine that will make me begin running high.

I have a question that just came to mind.
How many hours apart should I test tonight and when should I correct it?

I would test every 3-4 hours, depending on how long the short acting insulin lasts for you.

The rapid usually lasts 4-5 hours depending on how large the dose it.

How high should I let my bgl go before I correct?
I can only do >1u corrections with 1u precision at this time. My isf is 35.
