Hello everyone!!
I am new here and I just wanted to get some input on this issue. I have had diabetes for 10 years now, got it when I was 9, my most recent HgA1c was 6.8, my best by far. I was wondering if anyone knew the effects of taking a low dose of dianabol for about 4 weeks on a diabetic. I will be taking all the necessary things so side effects are minimal and controlled but my biggest worry is the low blood sugars that comes with testosterone. Has anyone on this board done this before?
Opinions welcome,
DIESEL
DIESEL, I'm actually very liberal on my attitude about steroids, but I don't advocate them in any way for someone who is still "growing". You're already the victim of one major endocrine system failure...adding exogenous anabolics very likely could open the door to another failure. Whereas you probably can find a lot of bodybuilders who have used Dbol, you won't find a lot of teen, diabetic bodybuilders (if any) who have used it.
Stay natural, man. The performance gains are tempting, but there's nothing like doing it on your own accord with no illicit help.

Diesel, been there, done that, won't again. You will gain a lot of water weight, no matter how strict your diet, and will require more insulin, which will add more weight to you. Your insulin resistance will rise significantly, I know mine did. I almost had to double my insulin dose to achieve the same effect. Trust me, don't do it.

I have a question- I know steroids are banned for use by a lot of sporting organizations, but are they actually illegal to posses and use?
I've never used steroids as ergogenic aids, but I have been on pred countless times, and it's horrible on the bs.

Funnygrl, prednisone is a cortico steroid = anti-inflammatory. Yes, steroids are a class 3 controlled substance and are illegal to posses without a valid prescription.
